1. Listing Fees

 

All fees paid for posting listings, featured ads, or premium visibility on http://Homeposto.com are non-refundable. Once a listing goes live, the service is considered delivered.

 

2. Subscription Plans

 

If you have purchased a monthly or yearly business subscription plan for Pune, Bengaluru or other cities, you can cancel anytime. Cancellation will stop future billing, but we do not provide refunds for the current billing period already charged.

 

3. Duplicate Payment

 

If a duplicate payment is charged due to a technical error, please contact us at teamhomeposto@gmail.com within 7 days. After verification, the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

 

4. Service Dissatisfaction

 

If you are not satisfied with our service, please email us at teamhomeposto@gmail.com. Our team will review your case within 48 hours and try to resolve it. Refunds, if applicable, will be at the sole discretion of Just Ask Services.
